*Responsibilities of the role include:*
- Manage receiving of incoming inventory.
- Oversee the distribution of all scheduled materials to installation teams daily
- Assist in the hiring supervision of outside floor-covering installation teams
- Communicate with customers and colleagues with the goal of exceeding customer expectations and delivering a great customer experience
*Desired Skills and Experience:*
- Logistical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Significant experience in a Customer Service based role; floor-covering or home-improvement experience is a plus!
- Computer literate, with experience in email, word, excel, and CRM software programs
- Experience supervising in-house employees and maintaining long term relationships with outside installation/delivery teams
- Highly self-motivated, organized and dependable
- Minimum 2 years of Warehouse Management experience and direct supervision experience managing a team of at least 10 internal employees and 10 delivery personnel required
(Experience working with Floor-covering products and installations is a huge plus but not a requirement!!)
